After watching close family members face serious health challenges, Cozey knew he had to do more than stay active for himself — he had to help others build lives they could enjoy for the long haul. As a certified personal trainer with a specialty in strength and conditioning, and a lifelong athlete who’s tackled everything from team sports to Tough Mudders, Cozey brings more than expertise to the gym — he brings heart, humility, and hands-on accountability.
That’s why he launched CozyFlex Fitness — a space where real people can get stronger, more flexible, and healthier without being pushed past their limits or compared to bodybuilders. Cozey doesn’t stand on the sidelines shouting orders he trains with you, walking every step of the journey by your side. His goal? To help you take ownership of your health in a way that’s attainable, consistent, and even enjoyable. No gimmicks. No pressure. Just the support you need to become your strongest self — inside and out.

Individual personal training introductory rates $50/session with a
2-session minimum.
Group Sessions
Small group sessions for Churches, Mom Groups, Senior Communities or start-up athletes.
3-5 person max. $175/session (Group divides costs)
Couples' Workout
Couples who work out together can experience increased improved relationship satisfaction. Shared fitness routines can lead to a deeper sense of connection and shared goals.
$75/couple, per session
